Body Reset Diet – 15 days
Three times a day for 5 days a smoothie drink: light - for breakfast, red - for lunch, green - for dinner. Between meals, you can have a snack.

Replace one smoothie for a full meal. Continue to eat 3 times + 2 snacks a day before the end of the diet. Do not forget about smoothies.
